Repairs & Replacement Form
All LINDA FARROW products are covered by a two-year limited warranty effective from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

Structural issues with the frame caused by a production fault

Lens coating defects not caused by wear and tear

Manufacturing faults with hinges or nose pad arms
If a product is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Where this is not possible, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, accidents, normal wear and tear (such as scratches on lenses or frame marks from use), or any unauthorised repair or alteration. Please read more about our full warranty policy and our cleaning and maintenance guide by clicking here.
If your purchase was made through one of our authorised retailers (rather than the LINDA FARROW website or retail stores), please enquire directly with them regarding their specific repairs policy.
Glasses outside of the warranty period, or with localised damage not covered under warranty, can still be assessed by our repairs team and may be repaired for a fee.
