Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your withdrawal request:

• You will receive an automatic confirmation email
• Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
• We will contact you with instructions on how to return your item(s)
• A full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day you receive your order
