Refund policy
It is important to us at Linda Farrow that you are happy with your online purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with the item you received, you can return your order back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.
Please note that this policy applies only to items purchased directly from our website.
Items being returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. All goods will be inspected upon receipt. If received in an unsuitable condition, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team.
Please note any orders with complimentary gifts that are returned will need to return the entirety of order in original condition, inclusive of gift. If the gift is not returned in its original, unused condition, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
Instructions to Return your Item:
If you received a returns label with your order, please ship the order back with the pre-paid label provided.
If you have not received a pre-paid label, you must submit a return request form to raise a label. Follow on-screen instructions to initiate your return request, you will be issued the return label via email.
When submitting your return request, you can choose between a refund, an exchange, or store credit with an additional 5% bonus applied.
Linda Farrow’s return service is trackable and hassle free, so you can follow the journey of your parcel the entire time.
Once the return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to check it in and process your return request. Once your order has passed, you will receive an email confirming your return for refund, exchange, or credit. Any refund will be issued to the card or the PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase and you will be contacted via email with a refund confirmation.
If you paid by card, please be advised that refunds may take 5-10 working days to appear on your account. PayPal refunds should appear within your account immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@lindafarrow.com.
