Warranty Registration

We are happy to confirm that all products purchased through our online store and at our official Linda Farrow stores are covered by a two-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, such as:

• Structural issues with the frame caused by a production fault

• Lens coating defects not caused by wear and tear

• Manufacturing faults with hinges or nose pad arms

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, or unauthorised repair, nor does it apply to normal wear and tear, including scratches on lenses, frame marks from use, or damage to packaging.

If a product is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Where this is not possible, we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
